Week 5: Looking into Mesa and Mesa-Geo

I made some progress towards my goal of drawing a Voronoi diagram of the nearest public libraries in Medellín. I’m using GeoPandas with Matplotlib and Contextily. I’m having some trouble with the tiles, though.
